New book: Backyard Birds of the Inland Empire

Book launch of Backyard Birds of the Inland Empire by Sheila N. Kee on Earth Day.
The book is an introduction to the many birds with whom we share this unique region. The award-winning first edition was developed by the Riverside Corona Resources Conservation District. The enhanced second edition has been co-published by Heyday Books in collaboration with Inlandia Institute.

Growcology

We opened the door and the gardeners came!

Last night Growcology hosted the first Barn Hall Meeting. The focus for that evening was unveiling our new community garden plan called "The Resourceful Garden." We had over 10 different organizations, individuals, schools, and non-profits. The turnout was amazing and there was so much information shared.
